At Ame_handmadesg, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal fashion pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handmade item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or Instagram DM with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item back in its original Ame_handmadesg packaging to ensure the delicate handmade fabrics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our Singapore studio using a trackable mailing service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original state, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
